These are the courses which are recommended for the support team, though the plan will be customised depending on the scope of the implementation. The training plan will be a mix of standard product introduction training, positioning of the solution within the Customer's environment and coaching to administrate and operate the solution. We recommend a schedule that takes the pre-requisites of each course into account, which is why the courses below are listed in chronological order. Some training courses are optional or depend on the scope of the project. The exact requirements and a training programme will be defined with the Project Manager and the Training Centre.
