Bronze Accreditation – RM & PM workstation
Or previous training : Introduction to RM Workstation Basic technical background (such as Unix and/or Sybase).
Other training would be helpful to broaden the understanding of the functional context, but is not essential to perform most system administration tasks.

Web Custo and OCS Troubleshooting

The aim of the training is to give the participants the technical knowledge and architectural concepts in order to be able to Troubleshoot and analyse incidents or unexpected behaviours with OCS.
