Training Plans

A Modular Approach for the Implementation Team

Due to the wide range of features in Triple'A, a modular training approach was adapted which not only differentiates between the different user profiles but also the degrees of knowledge required by individual users to accomplish particular tasks. This enables us to tailor training to individual trainees, ensuring that they only learn what they really need to know.

Odyssey has defined six different profiles, which correspond to the skills that we have encountered the most frequently. The same super-user can, of course, possess all the skills. We also recommend a schedule that takes the pre-requisites of each course into account. That's the reason why we have defined the chronological order of the training plan (the order in which they are listed). Some training courses are optional or depend on the scope of the project. The exact requirements and a training programme are defined with the Project Manager and the Training Centre at the outset and are normally part of the Project Initiation Study.

You can select the training course in which you are interested from the training courses and/or programme described. The training schedule will let you choose the session that best suits your time-frame and location (Lausanne or Brussels). If necessary, you can always ask for confirmation of the dates or request different dates by contacting our training assistant.
