You can select the training course in which you are interested from the training courses and/or programme described. The training schedule enclosed will let you choose the session that best suits your time-frame and location (Lausanne or Brussels). If necessary, you can always ask for confirmation of the dates or request different dates by contacting our training assistant.
Please complete and sign the Training Registration Form, making copies if you want to enroll several people or choose multiple courses.

You can send, fax or e-mail the form to our training assistant. We require the correctly completed Training Registration Form at least 10 working days before the course; otherwise the enrolment cannot be guaranteed.

An acknowledgement receipt will be sent as soon as we receive your registration form. We will send you back confirmation with all the practical details and an invoice at least one week before the course.
Payment Terms and Cancellation
Payment conditions are available from your Odyssey account manager and may vary depending on whether the training is standard, specified or customised. Your enrolment on courses is guaranteed once the payment is received.
In the case of a cancellation made between 10 and 5 working days before the event, a refund of 50% will be made. After this period no refund can be made. However, a substitute attendee is welcome at no extra charge. Changing the course date and/or the course is considered as a cancellation.
Odyssey reserves the right to postpone the training sessions to a later date in agreement with the customer. In this case, notification will be given at least 5 days before the event.
Hotel and Travel Arrangements
Customers are requested to make their own hotel and travel arrangements. Odyssey will be more than happy to assist you in your choice of hotel and provide you with local information. However, the customer is responsible for arranging reservations.
