Odyssey’s packaged interface to the Olympic back office system enabled a simplified and rapid implementation of Triple'A, in full F2B (front to back) mode with all the associated benefits from a streamlined workflow such as order straight-through-processing and order management.
Another key feature of the implementation project was the development of a new reporting suite using Live!Reports, with resulting benefits in quality of information and client service.
Through a close co-operation between Odyssey local consultants and the banks project team, the project successfully achieved its objectives of:
- improved client service and reduced administration costs
- enhanced private & institutional client reporting, in consideration of SPPS requirements
- efficient administration of standardized client portfolios
Cosba private banking ag now plans to leverage on the experience from the project and from the use of Triple’ A and is also willing to speak with Odyssey about future plans to increase its usage of Triple’A.
