Vice President Human Resources
Henry Chapatte started his career in Human Resources in the retail industry. He then joined Philip Morris International and during nine years he was in a variety of Human Resources positions, starting as Human Resources Manager Switzerland and then moving into different HR roles in the Central Europe, Middle East and Africa Region. Later on, he took Global Talent Management responsibilities in New York and then in the new worldwide headquarters in Lausanne. In 2004 he joined a trading organisation in Geneva as Human Resources Director and provided HR advice and services as a Human Resources consultant.
In April 2007, Henry has joined Odyssey as Vice President Human Resources. In this Corporate role, his focus is in further developing leadership programs, recruitment and retention strategies, performance and talent management, and organisational development promoting a culture that ensures Odyssey is an employer of choice.
Henry holds a diploma from the faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Geneva, completed with the Human Resources Executive program from the University of Michigan.
