Board Secretary
After 3 years as Controller with the French group Dolbeau-Dimatit, in 1984 Guy Eggermont joined the Belgian group Artois-Interbrew as Overseas Auditor. He then became the Head of the Overseas Subsidiaries department and was in charge of management supervision, as well as analysing and integrating acquisitions. In 1989, he joined BIS Banking Systems as European Finance Director. In this role, he participated in the company's exceptional growth and implemented changes following the various acquisitions of the company. In 1995, he co-founded Odyssey with Antoine Duchateau and today acts as Board Secretary.
Guy Eggermont holds a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Louvain and completed an MBA in 1986 at KUL in Belgium.
